How does verification work?
We check syntax, MX records, SMTP response, and classify results as valid, invalid, risky, or catch-all — without sending mail to the recipient.
Can I try the service for free?
Yes. After signup you get free trial credits — verify a single address or a small list without a credit card.
Do credits expire?
No — purchased credits stay on your account with no expiry date. You only pay for verifications you actually use.
Can I upload a list from Excel?
Yes. We support CSV and copy-paste. After verification you download a file with a status column ready for your ESP or CRM.
Do you have a real-time verification API?
Yes — the API checks addresses at signup, in forms, or in CRM. Endpoints and limits are documented (some features are on the roadmap).
What statuses does verification return?
Including valid, invalid, risky, catch-all, and unknown. Each result includes a reason so you know whether to send, remove, or review manually.
Does verification send email to the recipient?
No. We check syntax, DNS, and SMTP without delivering content to the inbox — standard practice among verifiers.
Is the service GDPR-compliant?

Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is sent automatically after you buy credits.
How long does bulk verification take?
Depends on file size and queue load. Most bulk lists finish in minutes — progress is visible in the dashboard.
Can I use results for cold email?
Yes — that is the main use case. A clean list protects domain reputation and deliverability. Campaigns must still follow law and best practices.
What is the refund policy?
This is a digital service — complaints are handled per our terms. If results do not match declared parameters, report within the deadline in our terms.
What is the difference between risky and invalid?
Invalid means do not send (e.g. no MX or mailbox does not exist). Risky is a gray zone — catch-all, disposable, or role-based — where strategy decides.
Do you store my lists?
Lists and results are kept only as long as needed for the service and per our retention policy. You can request export or deletion.
Can I buy credits in packs?
Yes — larger packs have a lower per-verification price. No subscription required; you pay for credits used.
