Clean database in your ESP

Keep your list in Mailchimp, GetResponse, or HubSpot free of invalid addresses. Auto-sync is on the roadmap.

  • API sync

Why clean your ESP list?

Mailchimp, GetResponse, HubSpot, and other ESPs count hard bounces toward sender reputation. Invalid addresses stay in your database after every form, webinar, and old import — pre-send verification is the cheapest account protection.

Some capabilities are in active development. API and bulk are available today.

Workflow today

Export a segment from ESP → verify CSV in the dashboard → import the cleaned list back. API lets you automate this loop with a cron or webhook from your backend.

Export from ESP

Export your active (subscribed) segment to CSV. You do not need to clean the entire database at once — start with a campaign segment or contacts added in the last 90 days.

  • Mailchimp: Audience → All contacts → Export
  • GetResponse: List → Export
  • HubSpot: List → Export (requires permissions)

Import after verification

Download CSV with a status column. Remove or tag invalid before re-import. In many ESPs it is easier to import a new “clean” list than bulk-edit tags.

Automation without native integration

Until one-click sync launches, use bulk API: your backend fetches new CRM leads, runs verification, and updates status in your system. OpenAPI docs cover verify and bulk.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a one-click Mailchimp integration?

Not yet. We are building native integrations. Today: CSV + API.

Do I have to verify the entire ESP database?

No. Start with a campaign segment or recent imports — that is where invalid addresses grow fastest.
